1. If crown or bridge
is dirty, rinse it off with water, and remove any loose pieces of
cement form the inside.

2. Gently wipe the involved
tooth or teeth off with a toothbrush or piece of gauze to remove any
loose cement or debris.
|
3. Attempt to place the
crown or bridge back onto the involved teeth, and carefully bite down
to see if it feels comfortable.
|
4. DO NOT attempt
to use any type of adhesive, including superglue or denture adhesive,
as this can cause severe discomfort.
|
5. As with all crowns
and bridges, avoid sticky foods such as caramel and taffy.
|
6. Call for an appointment
the following day to recement the crown or bridge.
