| Payment
may be made with cash, check, Mastercard, or Visa. In most cases,
payment to the office is expected at the time services are rendered.
However, if your planned treatment is to be completed over a period
of time, and involves multiple visits and procedures, special financial
arrangements are available. After your examination and consultation,
such arrangements can be made with the Financial Coordinator. |

| Many
of our patients have dental insurance, and may be receiving dental
benefits for the first time. Our financial coordinator will be happy
to help you with any questions you may have regarding your insurance
benefits, and how they may apply to your treatment needs. However,
please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing
the patient for fees paid to the doctor, not a substitute for payment.
Payment to the office for services rendered remains the responsibility
of the patient.
